New Patients

Here’s what to expect when you’re getting started with care.

Our Approach to Care

Care should meet you where you are.

Whether you’re seeking help for the first time, returning after a break, or transferring from another provider, we make it easy to start.

Click Request Appointment to complete your secure intake form and insurance details. Once received, we’ll review everything to confirm we’re a good clinical fit.

If you’ve had care before, you can upload past records, or we’ll help you request them. That way, we’re building from what you’ve already tried, not starting over.

Your care begins with a psychiatric evaluation, followed by a personalized plan and ongoing support based on what matters most to you.

Please note:

  • We offer structured ADHD testing as part of our evaluation process. For complex cases, such as when learning differences or autism are present, we may recommend full neuropsychological testing with a specialist.
  • We limit prescribing benzodiazepines due to their risk of dependence and withdrawal, and we focus on safer, evidence-based alternatives.
  • Patients must be established for at least six months before the provider can complete disability-related paperwork.
  • Our practice does not participate in court-ordered treatment or forensic evaluations.
